RETURNS / REFUNDS
We stand behind our product. If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or no-cost replacement within 45 days of your purchase receipt. After 45 days, the item is covered by our 1 Year No Hassle Replacement Warranty.
If the item is no longer wanted or does not meet your needs then simply contact us for an RMA number and return address. Once we receive it back, we will process a full refund less any original shipping charges.
How to get RMA?
- Contact email@example.com to obtain an RMA number.
- Please have your order number or some form of Proof of Purchase (screenshots or photos showing the order number are acceptable).
Items are eligible for a refund within 45 days of the purchase date, once we receive your item back, a refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
