SHIPPING

We know you want it fast!  All orders are shipped within 24 hours of payment receipt.  Most orders ship same day.  Sundays and holidays excluded.  

All orders ship in discrete outer packaging.

Free shipping is via US Postal Service, please ensure you have entered the correct address for mail delivery. We are not responsible for wrong or un-deliverable addresses, for security reasons we cannot change the address after your order has been processed. 

Express Shipping:

Express Shipping (Expedited, 2 ^_ Day and Overnight) is available to all 50 states.  We use USPS, FEDEX or UPS. All orders received by 1pm EST Monday – Friday and by 11am on Saturday will be shipped same day.  All other orders are shipped next business day.

Delivery Times:

Most orders will have a tracking number provided for you to track your shipment.  Checkout Delivery Times are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping & Customs:

We ship worldwide except for the following excluded countries:

Afghanistan, Angola, Bolivia, Burma, Congo, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d'Ivoire), Liberia, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestine, Paraguay, Sierra Leone, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela

Taxes, duties, fees or other charges are NOT included in the item price and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.  Custom fees may be collected by the carrier prior to delivery.  If the buyer fails to pay custom fees or the item is seized by the buyer’s country, NO REFUND will be issued for the item.

All orders will be declared according to the checkout price unless specifically requested by the buyer.

For international returns, we do not cover return shipping costs for any reason.  The buyer must pay for shipping and all other associated fees.

International Shipping: Note that delivery by US Postal Service to certain countries can take 4-6 weeks, if your needs are time critical we recommend FedEx or DHL.  Please email us for a shipping quote.

RETURNS / REFUNDS

We stand behind our product.  If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a full refund or no-cost replacement within 45 days of your purchase receipt. After 45 days, the item is covered by our 1 Year No Hassle Replacement Warranty.

If the item is no longer wanted or does not meet your needs then simply contact us for an RMA number and return address. Once we receive it back, we will process a full refund less any original shipping charges.

How to get RMA?

• Contact support@alpha420.com to obtain an RMA number.
• Please have your order number or some form of Proof of Purchase (screenshots or photos showing the order number are acceptable).

Refunds:

Items are eligible for a refund within 45 days of the purchase date, once we receive your item back, a refund is usually processed within 1-2 business days.  Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be posted back to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
